Though probably good for cooked, being it is a fresh quality product and the price is good.I make my own O.O.'s and these are of the perfect consistency for assembling this breakfast/snack meal.A basic recipe: 2/3 cup oats, 2 tablespoons organic chia seeds, (any powders you want to add), tumble the capped container a few times. In a 1 cup measuring cup, add milk almost to the top, stir in maple syrup, a teaspoon vanilla extract (and any other liquid you choose). Mix liquid, then add to dry, incorporate and refrigerate overnight.A few of my fav O.O. (organics): Cacao powder/Shredded coconut, Matcha/Lime juice, Acai/chopped tropical fruits.
