Overnight Oats are amazing. They have a great flavor. I like that it doesn't taste processed and has no sugary flavor. I don't put sugar on mine; I like it simple and want to add my fruit. The overnight oats are already mixed with chia and flaxseeds, which I find very convenient and gives it that extra flavor but is not overwhelming. The way I prepare my oats is I put a cup and a half of oats and add two cups of unflavored almond milk. Then, I add fresh strawberries cut in pieces ( I buy them and put them in zip-click bags in the freezer and take them when needed), then add half a cup of oats and more almond milk to fill the container. Mix all from top to bottom to create an even mixture. Leave overnight, and the next day, it is just ready to eat for breakfast and tastes excellent.
