A little about me, I'm 6'1" around 240 and a gymrat (with a degree, not a meathead lol). I just turned 30 and we always hear about how adults do not get enough fiber, that 90% of us don't... These taste amazing... I like them better than candy bars, well most candy bars LOL. The chocolate chip and Oates just go together perfectly. I always get the 45 pack or the 36 pack depending on the price. They are a lot cheaper here than at a CVS or a Walmart. You can find a 45 Pack, 3 packs of 15, 4 around $21 - $24... Sometimes it fluctuates...As for what they are intended for:I've been eating these Fiber One bars for probabaly over 2 years now. It's one of the smartest things I've chosen to add to my diet. Like I said I am a gym rat, meaning I do eat frequently. Though noticed I was getting a little backed up. So it was either the powdered fiber that you blend or these.When I first tried them I couldn't believe how good they taste, and they relieved my situation within a couple of days. And I have not had issues with any backing up since then. And I get the recommended amount of fiber in my diet if not more, and it makes your stomach feel good...So if you're just looking for a chocolate and Oak type snacks, want to get more fiber comma or looking for food to eat to get extra calories, these are amazing!!!! I don't know how many times I've ordered these but I make sure I have them in stock at home, and I eat a few a day at least...Order them through Prime, worst case scenario you eat a bunch of fiber and see how good it is for you... If you don't like the chocolate and oats there are many other options in the Fiber One line. Thank you for reading my review!!!!
