I've never had oats like these before. They are so tender and taste wonderful, I didn't know they existed. The Amish have the best natural and organic food in the world. I mean 25 pounds is a lot oats but every oat will be used in oatmeal, cookies, quick bread, meatloaf, in endless products !. Don't even bother with Quaker Oats full of pestisides !
