I liked Trader Joes multi grain oatmeal. It didn't end up mushy, but was chewy. I learned that they didn't carry it anymore. I saw this oatmeal on Amazon. I had high hopes that it would be chewy...And It Is!! Yay!! Everyone should try multi grain oatmeal at least once. You probably won't want to eat mushy oatmeal again.They are easy to make, taste good, and not that many calories. I add some blueberries and pecans and it makes for a good breakfast. All I need to eat until lunch.If you love mixed grains, this is the instant oatmeal for you. I like mine with a tablespoon of applesauce and another of half and half...delicious.My new favorite- not too sweet!Easy to use, even for kids. Great flavor profile. You can add cranberries, honey, banana, whatever you wish. Only 2 minutes in microwave. Love this productLove the ease of just opening a packet, adding water and popping it in the microwave. Delicious and healthy breakfast.It's almost impossible for me to find packaged, convenient food that is safe for me because I have multiple severe food allergies including corn allergies. Corn is frequently found in nearly every single packaged food in a given grocery store. The few safe convenience foods I do have are very high in carbs and cause problems with pre-diabetes. This oatmeal leaves me feeling full, does not give me a sugar spike feeling, and I do not react to it at all. I cannot tell you what a difference finding this has made in my quality of life. If I'm not feeling up to making a whole meal I can simply have a bowl of oatmeal for some energy.Tried these oats for this first time, they were very tasty. I wanted organic oats with flax and these include barley, wheat, rye and Quinoa as well. The other very important thing is NO sugar or artificial sweetener.
