I use this for a morning shake to keep myself feeling full the whole morning, I drink this with some toast with peanut butter and banana or a rice cake with peanut butter and sliced strawberries for a healthy quick breakfast.Just delicious even the vanilla flavoredIts not oatmeal . Its actually grounded outmeal powder. I returned it .$15 dollar is to small.
