He is a type 2 diabetic and I researched until I found this oatmeal to assist with both of his conditions.So quick to fix. The blueberry tastes the worst, fyi.I was looking for breakfast that was 100 calories or less, but filling. Better Oats Instant Oatmeal did the trick with just 1 pack of oatmeal. I couldn't believe that only 1 pack of oatmeal along with my morning water or 100 calories coffee would actually fill me up. I highly recommend this product and the taste is awesome.This is my favorite oatmeal, just can’t get these flavors locally for some reasonAll of the flavors were great. Unfortunately they don’t fit it in my diabetic diet.
