Good flavor and easy to prepare. This is a repeat order for me and I had no prior issues. The last received package had come open in transit which does not reflect on the quality of the oats but on the packaging. The birds/insects on my porch are not complaining.Bought this by mistake. While its cooking time is faster, I prefer the flavor and texture of real steal cut oats. We are eating steel cut oats for the health benefits. Quick cook foods do not digest slowly. We are looking for foods that will benefit our blood sugar which is high right now. My husband is having great success eating oatmeal. Will alternate this with the real deal until it's all gone.You can find better deals but price point is good.
