Made from Hulless Oats grown on our farm in Grundy county Illinois. (see Hulless Oats listing). The oats have never left the farm. It was grown, harvested, cleaned, stored and then cold rolled raw here. They're non-GMO and certified organic. (by Oregon Tilth). I cold roll the raw hulless oats in small batches so what's shipped to you direct from our farm has been rolled recently (see product features for date). They're rolled at a traditional thickness to give an old fashion rolled oatmeal.
