I needed a replacement for my favorite oats Mason jar. I'm a bit of a klutz - I keep losing my jars because I drop them - repeatedly. The very first day I dropped it with my wonderful breakfast....twice. the jar didn't even have a crack! I don't recommend doing it on purpose, but I'm glad these are sturdy. Then I tossed it in my lunchbox on it's side. Fortunately, I didn't have a mess when I eventually ate lunch.It also takes up less room in my lunch bag than the last jar. When I make my oats I use 1 cup of quick oats, nuts, frozen fruit, and 1.25 cup of Almond milk. It all fits nicely in the jar.The jars are dishwasher safe, which is great, because I'm super lazy. With 2 of them I have one in the machine and one full of tomorrow's breakfast/lunch.Also I love the tiny spoon! I'm working on getting less fat- more strong. The tiny spoon helps make me slow down and eat more mindfully. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with these jars.
