I use this exclusively for overnight oatmeal. I like mine simple- it mixes well with the stevia sweetener, 50%-less-sugar dried craisins, or a fruit cup of peaches, pears or mixed fruit in juice, and rice milk- trying to cut way back on sugar, animal fats & fried foods.The package is fresh (expiry date Feb 2022), smells nice, sweetish, like a fresh grain. I will buy it again.I use it to bake instead of flourThese are not as fine as grocery store quick oats (take a little longer to cook) but worth it. Awesome oats.Worked very well in oatmeal cookie recipes.
