LIKE OATMEAL. UNLIKE ANY OATMEAL Instead of cooking oats to make traditional oatmeal, we cold-soak oats in dairy-free milk. This process helps the ingredients maintain nutrient density and makes them easier to digest. The result is easy, nutrious, pudding-like deliciousness. Serve cool and keep refrigerated!
LESS INGREDIENTS. MORE NUTRIENTS. BETTER YOU The less we add, the more you taste. A classic flavor, elevated. Fruity, creamy, and just the right touch of sweetness. Made with ingredients you can count, and count on - rolled oats, coconut milk, strawberries, and sea salt. 4g of protein. 3g of fiber. Dairy-free. Non GMO. Less just became a whole lot more.
DELICIOUS, GUILT-FREE & CONVENIENT Breakfast takes time. MUSH gives it back. Our overnight oats are ready-to-eat and best served cold. An easy, healthy breakfast. It’s just what you’ve been waiting for.

WHY PEOPLE LOVE MUSH We provide a healthy meal that has real, simple ingredients, 8 or less per flavor. MUSH has no artificial preservatives and is non-GMO, dairy-free, certified gluten-free, kosher, and vegan. This oatmeal provides an excellent source of fiber to support a healthy digestive system and is rich in protein, making it a perfect snack for pre or post workout.
I love Mush. It's expensive, but I did recently take advantage of the sale at Costco. I like it heated. I put it in the microwave for 1 minute. Sometimes I add blueberries because I have them in the freezer and like to use them. I don't know why instructions only say to eat from fridge. So much tastier heated up. I have been heating them with lid off, but sometimes the container falls to the side. I solved that problem by putting the container on top of a coffee mug that fits it, with water in the mug, and it holds it upright. Also found that I can heat cereal with cover on and it doesn't topple over.
